Question 1

What does a BESS Project Management Consultancy actually do?

Accepted Answer

We act as the single accountable partner across your project's lifecycle — planning and scheduling, design and engineering coordination, civil and electrical supervision, SCADA and grid integration, and final testing and commissioning — so you deal with one team instead of coordinating multiple contractors.

Question 2

Do you work on solar and wind projects, or only BESS?

Accepted Answer

All three. Our core strength is Battery Energy Storage Systems, and we apply the same planning, design and execution discipline to solar and wind projects, including hybrid projects that combine generation with storage.

Question 3

What project sizes do you typically manage?

Accepted Answer

We've managed both utility-scale storage (750+ MWh) and commercial & industrial-scale systems (250+ MWh), so our processes scale from smaller commercial installations up to grid-connected utility projects.

Question 4

How early in a project should we bring you in?

Accepted Answer

As early as possible. Bringing us in during the planning and design stage lets us influence scheduling, vendor coordination and site works before commitments are locked in — but we can also step into projects already underway.

Question 5

How do you handle safety and quality compliance?

Accepted Answer

Safety and quality checks are built into every stage of our lifecycle model, not treated as a final audit — from civil and electrical supervision through to pre-commissioning testing and performance validation.
